About Debby

With over 20 years’ experience working within the NHS, I bring a strong professional foundation in governance, compliance, and data analysis, alongside a deep understanding of how health, wellbeing, and lived experience intersect.

My career has been rooted in integrity, accountability, and evidence-based practice, ensuring that people are supported safely, ethically, and with care.

Lancashire Wellbeing was born from a belief that true wellbeing goes far beyond surface-level solutions. It recognises that lasting change happens when mind, body, and emotional health are supported together. Alongside my professional background, I have a long-standing interest in holistic and spiritual approaches to wellbeing, including Reiki, energy healing, mindfulness, Buddhist principles, and reflective self-help practices. These influences shape a nurturing, compassionate, and person-centred approach to the work we do.

At Lancashire Wellbeing, we gently combine structure with softness — blending practical guidance, self-awareness, and mindful living to help individuals reconnect with themselves, regain balance, and move forward with confidence and clarity.

Our ethos is grounded in kindness, empowerment, and the understanding that everyone’s journey is unique.

I have been happily married for nearly 40 years and am a proud grandma to two gorgeous grandchildren. Family, connection, and presence are central to my values and continually remind me why wellbeing matters — not just for ourselves, but for those we love.

About Bex

Bex brings over 15 years of operational expertise, leadership experience, and a genuine passion for helping people to Lancashire Wellbeing. Her career began on the front line as an  administrator and taking customer calls. Her natural ability to organise, support others, and solve problems quickly became clear, and she steadily took on more responsibility until she progressed into a Team Leader role.

As a Team Leader, Bex managed a team of more than 20 people. Alongside day‑to‑day operations, she delivered HR support, development sessions, training, and regular 1‑2‑1s, all while ensuring strict KPIs were consistently met. Her knowledge made her a trusted point of support for fellow Team Leaders.

Data analysis became one of Bex’s key strengths. She has a natural eye for spotting patterns, identifying trends, and turning insights into meaningful improvements. Whether it was enhancing customer experience or helping staff feel more confident in their roles, Bex always focused on creating positive, lasting change.

Bex then took time away from work to focus on raising her daughter and son. When she returned to employment, she joined the NHS as a Project Support Officer. In this role, she supported Team Leads with HR admin, data analytics, process creation, and staff management tasks. She also produced detailed reports for GP Practice Managers, covering phone performance and digital engagement statistics, helping practices understand and improve how they served their communities.

Today, Bex is continuing to grow her skills and impact. She is currently studying for her Diploma in Life Coaching, expanding her ability to support Lancashire Wellbeing clients in a more holistic, person‑centred way.

Outside of work, Bex is happiest outdoors in nature, enjoys an occasional drink at the weekend, and is devoted to her husband and children, who remain at the centre of her world.

About Karen

Karen is a qualified Health and Wellbeing Coach and Yoga Teacher. Her interest in nutrition and lifestyle changes began many years ago due to her own issues with digestion and stress. Working as a school teacher for over 25 years began to take its toll on her health and wellbeing. She decided that something had to change: she had to find a sustainable work-life balance.

She began her own health journey by making subtle, sustainable lifestyle and behavioural changes to nourish her body as a whole. She changed her diet, began to exercise more, and she discovered yoga. When she reduced her teaching hours,  she immersed herself in the health and wellbeing space and re-trained to become a Health and Wellbeing Coach. The knowledge she gained created the desire to educate, support and empower others to take control of their wellbeing.

Working as a Health and Wellbeing Coach for the NHS, Karen has worked with clients on a 1:1 basis and delivered group sessions for patients recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes and high cholesterol. She also has experience of delivering the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme and holds a Practitioners Diploma In

Menopause Wellness.

In addition to her work as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, Karen is a qualified Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher. She enjoys the feeling of calmness and serenity that practising yoga brings to the body and mind, as well as the feeling of strength and stability created by the physical practice.

Away from work, Karen’s passions are her family, yoga, and going to watch Liverpool FC. Other hobbies include strength training, walking, running and baking.

About Catherine

Her all‑time favourite book is To Kill a Mockingbird, and Atticus Finch,  the idealistic, open‑minded and compassionate father to the novel’s protagonist, Scout has long been a guiding role model for her, both at home and in her professional life. His commitment to empathy, integrity and understanding continues to shape the values that underpin her work ethic today.

After graduating with an honours degree in Biochemistry, Catherine began her career in the pharmaceutical industry, where she developed strong foundations in stakeholder management, quality, targeted marketing and the effective socialisation of ideas. Her experience working closely with the NHS gave her a deep appreciation for both the challenges and the rewards of public‑sector environments, where constant change is the norm.

In 2013, Catherine moved into a quality improvement role. She is an expert in LEAN methodologies and a PRINCE2 Practitioner, and remains passionate about embedding change considerately through strong people and programme management — second only to the joy she finds in raising her two daughters to be the best they can be.

Catherine has since expanded her practice into the field of Neuro‑Linguistic Programming (NLP), deepening her longstanding commitment to understanding how people think, communicate and adapt. She brings NLP principles into her work to help individuals and teams recognise unhelpful patterns, build confidence, and communicate with greater clarity and purpose. Whether supporting leaders through organisational transformation or coaching individuals to reach their potential, Catherine applies NLP with the same empathy, curiosity and people‑first focus that have always defined her approach.

With a proven track record across both the public and private sectors, she is known for placing “people first, process second,” and is guided by Benjamin Franklin’s famous reminder: “When you’re finished changing, you’re finished.”
